1 ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP
The decision to accept the application of all members shall be at the sole discretion of Featherbeats Studios.

Featherbeats Studios reserves the right to verify or can require proof at any time for all information given in order to obtain membership and any fraudulent or untrue information supplied in order to obtain any of the membership products could result in the cancellation of all membership rights and lead to repayment of all monies due to Featherbeats Studios

If the membership application is accepted by Featherbeats Studios, membership of Featherbeats Studios by the applicant shall commence as stated in the agreement.

The acceptance of any application for membership of Featherbeats Studios shall constitute as a legally binding agreement between member and the studios,

The member shall also be bound by the club rules, a copy which is detailed via reception and signed at the club upon entering.

2. PHYSICAL HEALTH OF MEMBER. PAR Q ASSESMENT AND ONLINE STUDIO WAVER ACCEPTANCE.

The member warrants and represents that the applicant is in good health and is not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise.

The member further warrants that such exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition.

By reading and accepting the studio waver online, the member is declaring there is no issue for them to obtain a membership and exercise freely. A physical par-q will be required to be signed on entering the facility at the initial entry to the club. It is the club Featherbeats discretion on if they require any further proof/ health assessment from the member.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The members of Featherbeats Studios acknowledge that Featherbeats Studios obligations and liabilities in respect of Featherbeats Studios are defined in this agreement and / or within regulations applicable to all users.

The member is responsible for all the consequences of any use of any of the facilities of/ at Featherbeats Studios

Featherbeats Studios will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage , costs, expenses , theft or damage to property, whether arising under the contract or otherwise.

4. MEMBERSHIP
Memberships are categorised by both membership type and terms

Member types and their entitlements are covered in the studio rules.

Membership terms are covered in membership charges and payment options.

Other categories of membership shall be stipulated by Featherbeats Studios from time to time

 5. MEMBERSHIP CHARGES & PAYMENT OPTIONS

All members are liable to pay all upfront or monthly membership fees irrespective of actual usage of Featherbeats studios classes, facilities etc.Members may elect to pay their membership fees in monthly deferred payments or in full. Monthly deferred payment plans are subject to rolling contract terms with a defined minimum period.If Paying monthly, the contract is for a minimum of (the period) depending on membership selected.* The membership terms can also differ from when the original/ initial membership was subscribed. In which the notice period may differ. After the minimum period is taken, if the member wishes to cancel there will be a fixed notice period to the agreement defined by the membership product. Note- notice periods may different upon when initial membership subscription. Ask for reception for the agreement if reconfirmation needed.

THE RIGHT TO INCREASE MEMBERSHIP FEES ON A YEARLY BASIS.
 

6. CANCELLATION AND CAUSES FOR EARLY TERMINATION

The following reasons may be acceptable to Featherbeats Studios subject to formal agreement for early termination. Requests will only be accepted and applied* from the date of written correspondence received by the studio or the Collections agency.

ILLNESS OR INJURY*: LETTER FROM GP OR REFERRING DOCTOR REQUIRED.

WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE ADDRESSED TO info@featherbeats.co.uk (*discretion of the club).

 

7. EXPULSION OF MEMBERS/GUESTS OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Featherbeats Studios may expel members/ guests or may terminate the membership of any member without notice and with immediate effect if the member’s conduct.

Whether or not such conduct is the subject of a complaint by another member or group of members is such in the reasonable opinion of Featherbeats Studios.

It may be a defamation to the character, name or interests of the studio or such that it renders the member unfit to associate with other members of Featherbeats Studios.
By Notice in writing if any part of the annual membership fee or monthly membership charge is due and payable remains unpaid 30 days after the due date for payment. Lapses in membership payment and will incur administration charges.

A member whose membership is terminated by Featherbeats Studios shall forfeit all privileges of membership with immediate and imminent effect without any entitlement of any claim for any refund of their product fee or annual fee or monthly deferred membership fee.

8. STUDIO FACILITIES

Members who fail to attend prebooked activities may be charged a custom charge for the activity in question. There is a 3 hour cancellation on classes and a 3 strike rule before a charge is applied. Featherbeats Studios reserves the right to make reasonable alternatives to the type of facilities provided without notice and Featherbeats Studios shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by building works and for the provision of essential maintenance services that occur for 14 days or less due to matters beyond our control or improvement works.

9. HOURS OF OPENING

In Formation in relation to Featherbeats Studios opening hours of operation and the opening hours of the facilities are available from Featherbeats Studios upon request. Such hours are lengthened or shorted at the absolute discretion of Featherbeats Studios with or without any prior notice being given to members. Featherbeats Studios shall endeavour to give members reasonable notice to change such hours.

On occasions when necessary maintenance is required, Featherbeats Studios, or parts thereof, may be closed. Any refund given as a result of closure will only be made by the sole discretion of the director or manager.

10. NOTICE AND MEMBERSHIP CORRESPONDENCE

ALL MEMBERSHIP RELATED CORRESPONDENCE, INCLUDING CANCELLATION AND FREEZE REQUESTS, MUST BE SENT TO THE info@featherbeats.co.uk  EMAIL WILL BE TIMESTAMPED. THE STUDIO WILL ENDEAVOUR TO RESPOND WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.

 

ACTIVEWEAR ITEMS

If you bought your FB5 activewear on this site,You have up to 30 days to return the item(s).

  • The item(s) must be new and unused, with the tags intact and in the original delivery packaging.
  • You’ll need to have proof of purchase such as your delivery note or your confirmation email.

Repackage the item(s) you want to return and post it back with the completed returns form. Return postage costs £3.50 and we’ll deduct this from your refund amount (unless of course it’s faulty).The refund amount will be returned to the card you paid with and this normally takes 3-5 days from when we receive the goods.And what about exchanges?At the moment we can’t offer exchanges either in-store or by post. So the best thing to do is to return it and re-order a replacement separately.A couple of things to note…* If you had your order delivered, we can’t come back to collect it for a return or exchange…you’ll need to take it back to a store (for free) or return it via post (costs £3.50).

  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges on certain items such as jewellery or underwear… for obvious reasons.

What if it’s faulty?* We’ll happily refund the item if it’s faulty. This doesn’t include wear and tear.If you’ve had your item(s) for less than 30 days…Return it free of charge to Featherbeats Studios sorry, we can’t offer an exchange, but you can follow the same steps as a normal return and get a replacement by placing a new order.
