HIITlistic Yoga: Test Your balance, stamina and endurance in this yoga inspired HITT workout. Strength training blended with cardio and yoga poses, to bring you a hard workout and seriously good strength
1breath1Movement1Meditate: Literally the coolest yoga class,(practiced in a cold room,15 celsius). Practicing at this temperature ensures you burn fat and calories whilst increasing your mobility. The first 40 minutes works on the principle of one breath, one movement. By picking up the pace we generate our own internal heat and strengthen our whole body mind and spirit. This is a dynamic class but the low temperature of the room ensures that your body won’t feel fatigued but refreshed. We finish with a blast of heat so we can rest more deeply and comfortably in our final meditation so we strengthen and sooth our whole being. (better for those with some experience of yoga).
Supple Strength Yoga: Is it possible to improve strength, power, flexibility, stability and balance all during one class? Break a sweat and yet leave the session feeling relaxed and ready for bed? The answer is yes. Supple strength is inspired by yoga and pilates. suitable for any level.
Vinyasa Krama Yoga: A logical, mindful, powerful sequence of moving meditation and breath control getting you where you want to go via the necessary steps, to improve your mobility, strength, stamina and flexibility; a challenge to your mind, body and soul
Dynamic Power Flow Yoga: Is a vigorous vinyasa flow class focusing on increasing strength and flexibility. This class is designed to raise your heart rate and make you sweat. You will feel like you have worked hard and totally deserve the relaxation at the end (better for those with some experience of yoga)
Flow & Restore: A deeply nourishing and mindful yoga flow that starts with an exploration of breath and mobility and slowly builds to an alignment focused flow. Lots of options for all so you can chose to work at your own level and pace. We will end the practice with restorative poses and a lengthy savasana so you leave the class with your body feeling aligned and restored (All Levels)
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Open level- Synchronising alignment- based yoga postures with the breath to bring strength and flexibility to the body while quietening the mind
Pilates: A Functional low impact exercise class; to correct physical imbalances; whilst improving posture and core stability
Calisthenics: The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek word kalos, which means “beauty”, and sthenos, meaning “strength”. It is the art of using one’s body weight and qualities of inertia as a means to develop one’s physical and mental strength.
Using the rich teachings of Cameron Shane and Budokon, we look to challenge your movement to help define your strength. The aim is not to leave feeling exhausted and “worked out”, but inspired, vibrant and full of vitality.

BODYPUMP: Non-impact resistance training class using barbells and easily adjustable weights. This program will strengthen your entire body. It targets all major muscle groups by using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Spin30 / Spin45: This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Spin30 is an intense burst of HITT training on a bike. An express class where 30 minutes is just enough. For those of you preferring a ride, why not try Spin45

Met Con: Met Con classes are open to all levels, an all-encompassing open-source fitness movement involving gymnastics, weightlifting, kettlebells, cardiovascular & metabolic training, strongman exercises, running, rowing, jumping, and just about anything else of which the human body is capable.
The goal of Met con is to improve your general physical preparedness, or the base level of fitness with which you approach any physical challenge. It is accessible and scalable, meaning that regardless of your current fitness level, it will work for you. We currently have clients who are big, small, young, old, and everywhere in between!
